About
Founded in 2007 as a personal studio, Studio Coach has grown into part of an international network, today working with corporates, entrepreneurs, and innovators across the globe.
At its core is a simple mission: to support people in every facet of their personal and professional lives, helping them build sustainable businesses rooted in coherence, honouring each person’s values and diversity, and staying always anchored to their clients’ real goals.
This international outlook has shaped me as much as it shapes my work. Born in Rome, I went on to live in Paris, London, and New York, and to travel widely; experiences that gave me a genuinely global lens on training, business, and life itself.
After completing an ACTP Master in Corporate Coaching, I crossed paths with Marilyn Atkinson PhD and her Erickson Coaching International school, a meeting that deepened my path considerably. Today I teach and facilitate programs across the Czech Republic, Austria, Bulgaria, France, India, China, Poland, and Serbia, with classes known for blending practical method with the ethical core of coaching, supported throughout by attentive supervision.
I hold a PCC Coach Certificate and am a Registered Mentor with the ICF International Coach Federation, backed by more than 2,500 hours of professional coaching, and I specialised in “Manager as Coach” alongside Paul Gossen. From 2012 to 2013 I served on the ICF Italy Board of Directors as Head of Training, a period during which I launched the first Coaching Expo of ICF Italy.
For the past twenty years, yoga and meditation have been a steady thread in my life. As a Kundalini Yoga Teacher certified by KRI (Kundalini Research Institute), I bring this practice into organisations through the Yoga for Business program. Along the way I’ve also had the privilege of developing projects alongside international speakers including Sir John Whitmore, Marilyn Atkinson PhD, and Dan Peterson.
In 2020 I founded a tech startup, which I pivoted in 2024 into an HR Tech venture. The result is THeachAI, a native AI-driven SaaS platform that centralises processes and data so companies can finally see, and measure in real time, the true impact of their investment in people development.
